Material Handler:
Job Purpose:
Performs all material handling functions within thewarehouse. Receiving, shipping, materials stores and inventory control.
Nature of Work:
- Cross functional training and development in inventory control, raw components processing and finished goods receiving and shipping.
- Performs the physical tasks involved in stock keeping and receiving all materials within the warehouse.
- Receives, allocates and issues raw material to manufacturing work orders within the ERP system.
- Receives , allocates and issues finished goods to sales orders within the ERP system.
- Maintains inventory accuracy within the warehouse and performs cycle count duties in conjunction with the Inventory Control staff.
- Maintains security of all warehouse materials.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum to 2-4 years related experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must have good communication skills
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
